It seems like the realm went offline due to some kind of unexpected network issue. This is not a problem on our end but rather a problem with our service provider. From what I can gather their nodes are currently offline. I've sent them a support ticket and email to ask what is going and I hope to update this post with more information soon. I apologize for the downtime. I hope it won't be too long.
EDIT: I've received an update from the company: "Please be advised that the server vendor is aware of a fault and a technician has been sent to fix the problem- as priority. We aim to restore regular service as soon as possible.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused."
EDIT2: "We've had word back from our technicians and we can confirm that two of the server drives have experienced physical hardware failure. This is incredibly rare for both drives to fail like this, but we're currently in the process of backing up the data so that new working drives can be installed in their place.
I'm assurred that this restore is being worked on as a matter of main priority and we expect it to be completed later today. I will personally keep you aware of the situation as progress is made."
