Volcano

Vanilla Mechanics Damage buffed alot. Casting Delay almost removed.

Casting Delay: 0.1 Seconds (?) With 10% CDR it becomes 0.0 and is thusly useable after another Cooldown spell like Flame Dash (tested in Patch#12)

Prerequisites: Fissure
