Orb of Corruption: It corrupts an item granting it new properties, in some cases even reforging it into a totally new item.
Orb of Enchantment: It enchants a Hoardrim Sigil Charm with a random skill-modifying property.
Melee Splash Jewel: A prefix that can spawn on magic and rare jewels which causes melee attacks to deal damage in an area.
