These are some summarized changes for each class as of 0.8 Beryl. Some of these have not been documented in the patch notes.

Amazon

  • Replaced Impale with Ground Slam. Ground Slam is a powerful AoE Spear ability.
  • Moved Fend to Impale's original position in the skill tree.
  • Removed the Dodge line as prerequisites to Valkyrie. This fixes the issue of Valkyrie being a huge liability as the Dodge line of skills have really bad animations that can actually lower your survivability
  • Replaced Slow Missiles with Phase Run. Phase run is a short duration speed and damage boost.
  • Made minor adjustments to the Bow and Crossbow Skills Tree, shifting some skill requirements around and boosting the effectiveness of the elemental arrow skills, strafe, and multishot to make them more viable in the late-game.

Assassin

  • Replaced Cobra Strike with Arcane Strike. Arcane Strike is a magic damage charge-up skill with good AoE potential.
  • Buffed some Martial Arts skills' damage as well as Venom.
  • Fade now displays previously hidden Physical Resistance per level.
  • Buffed most Traps skills, slightly reduced the effectiveness of Death Sentry for more end game variety.

Necromancer

  • Replaced Skeleton Mastery and Golem Mastery with Minion Damage and Minion Health. These skills are fairly self-explanatory, but they have no pre-requisites and affect both skeletons and golems (though not Revives).
  • Replaced Summon Resist with Convocation. Convocation is a teleport for you and all your minions.
  • Buffed Golems, Revives, and Skeleton Mages. This should make these skills much more viable late-game.
  • Buffed the effectiveness of most Poison and Bone Spells.
  • Nerfed the effectiveness of Corpse Explosion slightly.
  • Reworked Poison Dagger to reduce enemy resistances.
  • Adjusted the Poison and Bone Spells pre-requisites slightly.
  • Adjusted Curses to have more consistent durations of 10/12 seconds.
  • Removed all pre-requisites for Curses. They now only have level requirements.

Barbarian

  • Buffed Find Potion and Find Item percentages significantly.
  • Reworked Grim Ward to reduce enemy physical resistance instead of causing enemies to flee.
  • Changed Battle Command to increase skills based on hard skill points invested. +1 Base, +2 at level 10, +3 at level 20.
  • Reduced the effectiveness of Battle Orders slightly.
  • Buffed most Combat Masteries slightly.
  • Major rework to the Combat Skills tree. Skills shifted around significantly, making leveling smoother.
  • Frenzy is now a level 1 ability.
  • Rework Berserk to a charge-up ability. Each charge increases physical resistance.
  • Removed Double Swing.
  • Added Ethereal Throw. Ethereal Throw is an AoE magic damage throw ability.
  • Buffed the effectiveness of most Combat Skills.

Paladin

  • Buffed the radius of Auras significantly.
  • Buffed the effectiveness of most Auras and Combat Skills.
  • Nerfed the effectiveness of Salvation, Meditation, Conviction, and Blessed Hammer slightly.
  • Reworked Holy Shield to fire Holy Bolts at ranged attackers.

Sorceress

  • Reworked Fire, Cold, and Lightning Mastery. Each Mastery now reduces resistances by half of the original Cold Mastery, but also buffs damage by a small amount.
  • Replace Cold Armor with Frigerate. Frigerate is a weapon buff like Enchant Weapon, but buffs cold damage and reduces enemy defense.
  • Add Freezing Pulse. Freezing Pulse is a Teeth-like AoE that fires waves of cold damage at enemies. It requires Glacial Spike as a pre-requisite.
  • Renamed Lightning to Lightning Surge.
  • Buffed most under-used Lightning, Fire, and Cold Skills.
  • Replaced Thunder Storm with Discharge, removed Chain Lightning as a pre-requisite. Discharge is a lightning skill with high damage, large AoE, and a long cooldown.
  • Nerfed Static Field slightly.
  • Replaced Blaze with Immolate. Immolate is a fire skill with a medium AoE.
  • Reworked Hydra to have higher damage and no cooldown but a short duration.

Druid

  • Armageddon no longer has Hurricane as a pre-requisite.
  • Added Flame Dash. Flame dash is a long-cooldown teleport that does fire damage in a large AoE.
  • Buffed the effectiveness of most under-used Elemental, Shape Shifting, and Summoning Skills.
  • Dire Wolves and Spirit Wolves may now be summoned at the same time.
