Patch 18 (Flint)

Changes that haven't been applied to other wiki pages:

  • Plague and Silence runewords should no longer display an incorrect tooltip.
  • Items with Open Wounds should now offer bleed damage of varying amounts.

  • Blade Shield now uses accuracy instead of always hitting.
  • Shadow Discipline rework:
    • Psychic Hammer damage scaling improved at higher levels.
    • Mind Blast damage scaling improved at higher levels.
    • Mind Blast no longer stuns or converts enemies.
    • Mind Blast now receives a radius synergy from Cloak of Shadows.
    • Mind Blast now receives a damage synergy from Psychic Hammer.
    • Psychic Hammer now receives a physical damage synergy from Mind Blast
    • Mind Blast now receives a damage synergy from Mind Barrier.
    • Psychic Hammer now receives a magic damage synergy from Mind Barrier.

  • Power Throw now has an attack rating bonus per level.
  • Barbarian weapon masteries reworked (Two-Handed, One-Handed, Throwing Masteries removed)
    • Edged Weapon Mastery - Improves fighting ability with swords, axes and daggers.
    • Pole Weapon Mastery - Improves fighting ability with polearms and spears.
    • Blunt Weapon Mastery - Improves fighting ability with maces, clubs and staves.
    • Ranged Weapon Mastery - Improves fighting ability with throwing weapons, bows and crossbows.
  • Fire Claw damage scaling at higher levels lowered slightly.
  • Hemorrhage info
  • Raise Skeleton Warrior damage scaling between levels 17 and 28 improved slightly.
  • Blessed Aim has a chance to cast a Blessed Hammer on attack (Based on your current Blessed Hammer).
