#17 Tourmaline	Damage to self decreased from 5% to 4%.
#1 Bedrock	Base weapon damage increased from 100% to 150% and starting damage bonus decreased to compensate. Damage to self decreased from 8% to 5%. (hidden) Compared with Vanilla D2, damage scaling and attack rating increased moderately but Redemption synergy reduced moderately.
