Significantly Reworked

• Lightning Mastery and FIre Mastery have been reworked to pierce resistances similar to Cold Mastery
• Statis Field can no longer reduce enemy health below 25%(N)/50%(NM)/75%(H) of total hit point (Lightning Skills)
• Hydra no longer has a cooldown and has been reworked to shoot Fire Blast instead of Fire Bolt (Fire Skills)
