- Whirlwind can now proc CTCs. The CTCs receive a one third chance penalty so a skill that has a 30% chance to cast on attack/hit will instead have a 10% chance. The penalty doesn’t affect when struck, on kill or on levelup/death. Melee splash will not work.
- Fixed a crash that could occur from using Whirlwind as an oskill (Chaos runeword.)
