Attributes

• Base mana regeneration increased from 0.83% to 1.66% mana per second.
• Base stamina increased by +100.
• Life has been increased from +1 to +1.5 points per level.

Added

• Frigerate (Cold Skills)
• Freezing Pulse (Cold Skills)
• Discharge (Lightning Skills)
• Immolate (Fire Skills)

Removed

• Frozen Armor (Cold Skills)
• Inferno (Fire Skills)

Significantly Reworked

• Lightning Mastery and FIre Mastery now also pierce resistances similar to Cold Mastery
• Static Field can no longer reduce enemy health below 25%(N)/50%(NM)/75%(H) of total life (Lightning Skills)
• Hydra has been reworked to produce a build-defining skill (Fire Skills)
• Enchant (now Enflame) is an always-active aura instead of a castable buff (Fire Skills)
• Teleport now significantly reduces defense and the mana cost includes a percentage of total mana (Lightning Skills)
• Thunder Storm now has hit delay reduction scaling per level (Lightning Skills)
