Orb of Enchantment / Horadrim Sigil: The Horadrim Sigil is a new unique Grand Charm that drops a Horadrim Sigil Charm with a random skill-modifying property.
Melee Splash Jewel: A prefix that can spawn on magic and rare jewels which causes melee attacks to deal damage in a cone-shaped area.
