Shock Wave

Description: When in werebear form, stomp to create a shockwave that crushes enemies
Required Level: 24
Prerequisites: Werebear, Maul

Shockwave is considered a ranged attack, and suffers ranged penalties to things like Crushing Blow and melee splash has no effect. Shockwave always hits and doesn't use attack rating, but can be blocked. Shockwave only procs "on striking" spells and not "on attack" spells. Shockwave uses faster cast rate, not increased attack speed. Shockwave has Next Hit Delay. Enhanced Damage applied to Shockwave comes in one of two forms: "On Weapon Enhanced Damage" which is enhanced damage found on the weapon or jewels/runes in the weapon, and "Off Weapon Enhanced Damage" which comes from other gear or auras. On Weapon Enhanced damage is only 25% effective, while Off Weapon Enhanced Damage has the full effect.
